NAECS Code of Ethics
All NAECS Member Consultants and Speakers agree to follow the following Code of Ethics:
Section I: Advertising
Product Description
We will honestly describe our products and services and the benefits they will deliver.
Competitive Pricing & Savings Claim
We will offer fair and honest pricing. Any claims of cost savings will be fair and substantiated with real
data.
Representation of Seller
We will represent our background and experience with honesty and integrity.
Section II: Sales
General
We will use ethical sales practices that respect the buyer right to choose a provider or to choose not to
buy.
Company Identification
We will honestly tell perspective clients who we are and who we work for.
Contracts and Other Documents
We will honor all contracts to the best of our abilities. All documents we provide, including contracts,
will be straightforward and understandable by all parties.
Section Ill: Service
Timely Delivery of Services
Services will be delivered on time as promised.
Warranties
All warranties on products and services will be clearly explained and honored in a timely fashion.
Dispute Resolution
We will promptly acknowledge and take appropriate action on all customer complaints.
